
Logan Emmet Herlihy (logan @ how2lookgoodnaked.com) is a personal trainer at Discover Strength. Logan is a graduate of BS Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida. He is a blogger, online coach, and the author of How 2 Look Good Naked: The Least Amount Of Effort, To Look The Best With Your Clothes Off. Aside from being an HIT trainer, Logan is also a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher with 5 years of personal practice and over 200 hours of teaching experience.
