I am at about the 40 minute marker on this, going finish later. Just had to say brilliant per usual for Bill, and Lawrence for asking questions. Looking forward to hearing the rest ????????
Thank you!
Really enjoyed this. Haven’t been listening to you lately but this episode was really relevant to me ????????
Thank you Andrew.
Listened to the rest of the podcast. So much applicable, technical, translated into practical to put to use information. I Always get something out Bill’s stuff and Lawrence great again at
asking questions.
More reminders here, to me, to keep safety and longevity at the forefront.I really liked the various parts about not always having to add weight, progressing with more weight. Bill talking about his reasoning for only keeping records for a year and reference to the Superslow Technical Manual, about “resetting” to be true with good form and thus sort of “starting over” with weight progression.
The wording Bill uses, starting with the joints and the exercises, modifications, etc. branching out from the joints functions/ the biomechanics, being the arbiter.
Great, great stuff ????????
Thank you Donnie. I’m glad you enjoyed the podcast.
Almost finished listening to this again. Not sure why my previous comment had all the questions marks at the end, was not intended. Again, phenomenal content/discussion. So much to apply if your goal is to train for the rest of your life and reap the many positive benefits. The points about training the deep, postural muscles spoke to me indeed. The talk about “progression”, Bill’ s points and also his references to Ken’s points regarding. So much technical translated to accessable. Hyper motivating for me
