Great podcast guys! Really good questions Lawrence – Borge is a mine of great information (I’ve been a fan for years – so underrated). Although I recommend only 1 set for my clients, I’d drifted into doing 3-5 sets but realised from listening to this that it’s probably unnecessary… So much so, I managed to get in a full-body work-out (2 sets to failure) in under 30 minutes – I’m happy with that! Lots of energy later in the day, so I’m going to stick with this approach for now. I love it when podcasts give actionable tips where you can make positive change – so thank you both!
