    great podcast. I can feel you with checking your stats way to often and found out I was cheating was too much with stayfocus because I would just switch to another browser.

    Therefore I created an app called FindFocus which is now available for Mac & Windows.

    It’s even more flexible than a browser extension because you can block any app/software and website with separate profiles and set specific time during the day.
