This episode is also brought to you by ARXFit.com, ARX are the most innovative, efficient and effective all-in-one exercise machines I have ever seen. I was really impressed with my ARX workout. The intensity and adaptive resistance were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I love how the machine enables you to increase the negative load to fatigue target muscles more quickly and I love how the workouts are effortlessly quantified. The software tracks maximum force output, rate of work, total amount of work done and more in front of you on-screen, allowing you to compete with your pervious performance, to give you and your clients real-time motivation.

As well as being utilized by many HIT trainers to deliver highly effective and efficient workouts to their clients, ARX comes highly recommended by world-class trainers and brands including Bulletproof, Tony Robbins, and Ben Greenfield Fitness. To find out more about ARX and get $500 OFF install, please go to ARXFit.com and mention “High Intensity Business” in the how did you hear about us field – ORDER HERE

  • Matt Hedman’s Perfect Workout history of a 9# muscle gain in a week is impossible.. No human can gain 9 lbs of muscle in a week. it’s all inflammatory water weight, with maybe 1-2# of muscle. Think about it: 9# (5.68kg=5,680 grams) of muscle stores 22,000 (4 cals/gram) cals of energy. So to make that muscle requires at least that, and probably 2- or 3-times that–44,000 or 66,000 cals. Over 7 days, that’s 3,200-9,000 cals/day to build that muscle–and that’s EXCESS calories–it doesn’t even account for 2500-3000 cal to support RMR. So one would need a minimum of 6,000-12,000 cals/day just to live and gain that much muscle. To me, Matt doesn’t exactly look like a Mike Mentzer, Arnold, or franco columbu who don’t even have the genetics to put on 9# of muscle in a week.

    • Fair argument T Bayes. It’s a surprisingly claim.

Matt’s physique is very impressive. At REC 2019 we all thought he looked like a super hero. I was in a trance watching him train. He probably has some of the largest biceps in HIT!
